Job Responsibilities: 

• Act as a leader in Just Poke core values, corporate policies and standard operating procedures. 
• Performs quality control checks across all corporate store locations to ensure food quality and consistency. 
• Performs quality control checks across all corporate store locations to ensure operational consistency. 
• Performs quality control checks across all corporate store locations to ensure customer service meets Just Poke standards. 
• Partners with Operations Manager to support lower performing restaurants.
• Assists with team member shift coverage in corporate store locations. 
• Performs other general office duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements.

About You:

• You have a Customer Service or Hospitality background and are energetic and passionate about advancing your career in the hospitality industry.
• You work well under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• You have strong decision making and problem solving skills. You are proactive, not reactive. 
• You are a good listener with strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Google Suite is highly preferred. 
• You are a self-starter who always strives to improve yourself; you can accept constructive criticism. 
• Your exceptional customer service will build new and repeat business. Your positive outlook and approachable nature will enable positive interactions with other team members. 
• You have a flexible learning style and excellent sense of humor!

Job Compensation and Benefits:

• $50-55k/ year & quarterly performance based bonus structure
• One week paid time off
